Smokin’ Pans officially fired up in 2024, but the truth is, this whole thing started long before the paperwork. I’ve been mixing my own homemade rubs from scratch for over 25 years — partly because I love bold flavor, and partly because store‑bought rubs never quite understood the assignment. After decades of wood‑smoking everything from chicken to ribs to “don’t ask what that used to be,” I finally decided it was time to share the magic with the world… or at least with anyone hungry enough to try it.
These days, you’ll catch me rolling through town in The Culinary Cruiser, my BBQ truck that smells better than any cologne on the market. We cater events, feed the public, and occasionally convert a few skeptics who swore they “weren’t really into BBQ.” Whether it’s a backyard party, a big event, or someone who just followed the smoke trail out of curiosity, my mission is simple: serve up unforgettable flavor, good laughs, and smoked meats so tender they should probably come with a warning label.
